GetBentley provides an AI-powered business partner that offers conversational assistance, business intelligence, task management, email drafting, and related productivity features across multiple communication channels. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Accounts and Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and Payment

  • The Service is offered on a subscription basis at the prices displayed at the time of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy, available upon request.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Use the Service for any illegal, deceptive, or harmful purpose
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and recommendations. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. The Service is provided for informational and productivity purposes only and does not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise). You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (messaging apps, email providers, AI model providers, etc.). Your use of those third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL APPLAYER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AppLayer and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
